DALLAS, TX – Providence Investment Partners ("Providence") is pleased to announce new additions to its team after receiving its Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) license and commencing operations earlier this year.
The new team members include Vice President Wilson Waggoner and Senior Analyst Matt Landers, along with graduate intern Luke Li.
Wilson Waggoner brings over 13 years of experience in finance, investments, and operations. He has worked as a private equity professional, finance leader in sponsor-owned companies, and independent sponsor. "Wilson is responsible for sourcing opportunities, underwriting, and portfolio management. His diverse background enhances our ability to add value throughout the investment process," said Partner Kevin Glomb.
Matt Landers joins with experience in financial analysis and investment management from his time as an Investment Analyst at Murchison Capital Partners. He also worked at Capital One as a Business Analyst focused on data analytics. At Providence, Matt handles financial analysis, cash flow modeling, industry research, and due diligence support.
Luke Li, an incoming Master of Science in Finance candidate at Southern Methodist University's Cox School, contributes to the investment team by managing inbound leads, screening new opportunities, conducting market research, and assisting with due diligence for debt and equity investments.
